The design and build of a new 519 bed student accommodation spanning across two blocks, 10 storey and 27 storeys. Amenity spaces with mixed use areas at ground and mezzanine levels including a gym, festival zone, catering areas, workspaces, bin and cycle stores.

The design and build of a 10,000m2 GIA self-storage facility with the inclusion of light industrial workspace units to the ground floor. The project will be designed and built to achieve BREEAM Excellent accreditation.

Hilton Garden Inn, Silverstone Car Park
Design and construction of a 274-bay external car park for the Hilton Garden Inn hotel. The car park includes for 12 Electric Vehicle parking bays and incorporates a Sustainable Drainage Systems (SUDS) design to store and discharge rainwater via a below ground attenuation tank.
The construction comprises of civils earthworks, services infrastructure, hard and soft landscaping finishes.
Works commenced in April 2024 are due to complete for Christmas.
